RETURN

This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold on the Cosy Threadz website .

Items are only eligible for return and refund subject to fulfillment of following conditions:

– If the item received is different from what you had ordered.
– If the item received is damaged or have a manufacturing defect condition. (This does not include slight variations in designs/patterns as in carasouel images on website).
– If the item is having a missing acessories or the quantity received is less than which was mentioned on the product page.
– If the return request is raised within 3 Days from the date of delivery. Return request’s after the return period will be rejected.
– Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, and original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.
– Due to multiple factors colors of the actual product and the product image varies. The actual color of the product may vary and hence the slight variation in the color shade does not come in the return policy. Return of a different color item is only eligible if the color of the item is totally different from the image on the product page.For eg. the Item shown was blue and received brown.
– We do not have any return policy for Quality related issues as perception of expected quality varies from customer to customer and cannot be customised as per each customer expectation.
– We hold the right to reject returns, refund, org replace the item depending on your return request and the return conditions fulfilled.
– A successful refund is subject to verification of the returned product by our quality assurance team. Refund will be initiated within 7 business days from date of receipt of the product at our warehouse.
